Order processing

Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment. During holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is typically 7-12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping confirmation and tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages
