Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Anélune Atelier. We want every piece to arrive beautifully and be loved. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Return window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all included materials.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and ear studs cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Custom, personalized, made-to-order, gift card, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to start a return

To request a return, please contact us at aneluneatelier@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and provide return instructions if your item is eligible.

Please do not send items back before your return request has been approved.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at aneluneatelier@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will help make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not guarantee direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible item and place a new order.
